NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL
(Pursuant to Real Property Tax Law Section 506 &526)
HEARING OF COMPLAINTS Notice is hereby given that the Assessor for the Town of THROOP, Cayuga County has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year, and that a copy has been left with the Town Clerk at the Town Offices where it may be seen and examined by any interested party beginning May 1st until the fourth Tuesday of May.
The Assessor will be in attendance for Appointments with the TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL. Appointments are available by phone or in-person & BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. All in-person appointments will be held at the THROOP Town Hall located at 7471 Robinson Rd. on: Monday, May 19th 12-4pm & 4-8pm Saturday, May 24th 2pm-5pm Wednesday, May 28th 10am-2pm
Please call 315-529-7738 10am-3pm weekdays after MAY 1st but PRIOR to the date you wish to schedule an appointment with the Assessor to REVIEW assessment or to ATTEND Board of Assessment Review.
The Board of Assessment Review will meet May 28th, 2025, 4-8pm BY APPOINTMENT at the THROOP TOWN HALL, IN SAID Town to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application (RP-524 www.tax.ny.gov) of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
